I run a site that offers VA services ranging from cx support to link building, and recently a provider of web design and programming services contacted me for a deal. He said I can offer his services as an extension of mine (not free of course but at wholesale rates)in exchange for really affordable SEO for one of his sites.

How much do you think is the wholesale price for each of these services?
