How To Transfer FB Comments To New Site

I am working for a company who wants me to transfer individual pages of their old website to the new version of the same page on a different website. And they want the facebook comments to transfer as well. The content is the exact same, just a different look, and different URL.

Example:
Old page with facebook comments: http://gl.higherbalance.com/is-this-you/
New page I want facebook comments on: Discover | Higher Balance Institute

The old site has the OptimizePress theme running on it, the new website does not. The old website had the facebook comments built in through the theme, the new website I am using a pluggin that allows me to embed the FB Comments system through short code. These are the options I am working with within the pluggin I am using:
  • url - leave blank for current URL
  • width - minimum must be 350
  • title
  • num - enter a number
  • count - on/off
  • countmsg
  • scheme - colour scheme: light/dark
  • linklove - on/off

This is what I am trying but is not working:
[fbcomments url="http://gl.higherbalance.com/is-this-you/" width="655" count="off"]

Not sure if this is the best pluggin for the job. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

  • You can only add a like box in your website and show some of your fans but cannot show comments.
