Problem with wordpress javascript

When i insert code for widgets, or facebook button, or adds it wont show up on my blog. It works without java but the adds i want to run are only with javascript. Can anyone help im a newbie.

does the JS link to an external file? If so is that included in the headers? without seeing the code can't help much sorry

PM a link to your site to me and I'll check it out. You could also have a plugin conflict with one of your existing scripts or jQuery.
