Word Press Plugin Help Please

Let me explain what I am trying to do. I have a word press site for the company and we have to upload all our policies onto the site for our staff.

We have setup a seperate private section for the staff where we are putting our policies but we need to prove that the staff have read and understood the policies.
This I was planning to do by giving each of them their own login then getting them to tick the box to say they have read it and then another to say that they have understood it.

Is there a plugin that will allow me to do this sort of thing and collect information. We need this to meet one of the governments standards so I have to do it whether by paper or online so with the amount of staff online is better.

    With goverment Legislation involved I think it would better to do things properly.


    Cooking up half baked solutions with Wordpress is a risk in situations like this.
    But I'm certain there are plugins that records details when users read posts, if that is the only route available.

      Its not half baked its a quick fix untill we move it over to moodle much easier to do it on that as an education tool. You only have to prove that they have read the document for the momment..

    Sorry Nagor. Didnt intend to be rude.

    I suppose the question is how much you need the plugin to manage.
    Do you need a report of when users accepted the new policy/procedure
    Do you need a report of users that haven't accepted?

    Dependant on what you need, you could have a simple plugin that records a user has viewed the policy, to more complex reports regarding the users activity.

    Its ok bit fierce in my reply aswell sorry.. No we just need to show they have looked at so accept it is fine they dont have a choice to be honnest and that would suffice untill we move it to Moodle then we will look to query them on the policy...

    I think , you can setting user on dashboard wordpress,
    set to : anyone can register, as a contributor, or subscriber
    and then ask every body to give comment with their name on it
