Moving domains is a slow and painful process, GoDaddy has a help page that explains how to do it you can check it here.

Basically you need to unlock your domains first, the submit the transfer request in your new registrar and they might ask for confirmation a few times via email.

After all that the whole process can take up to 7 days.

    I hope that helped.

OK, since people, usually, use the wrong term when they want something... let's clarify it:

    a) do you want to change registrar: i.e. to move the domain from one registrar to another
    or
    b) do you want to change host only? - i.e. still having the domain registered at GD but having it hosted by someone else.

wow,I didn't know I could registrar at Go daddy and host it at warrior Host. If so then I'll choose B, seems to be easier than moving my domain name, how do I do that? Thank You Jerry

To host your site somewhere else:
      1. Sign up with new hosting company
      2. They'll usually send you a welcome email which, among other info, contains at least two name servers (DNS) which may look like this: ns1.yournewhost.com and ns2.yournewhost.com - or they'll give you IP addresses.
      3. Login to Godaddy, go to edit your domain, then edit name servers and paste the ones you got from your new host in those two fields.

Back to the basics: - never ever have all your eggs in one basket; in this case meaning: do NOT have the same company ever as your registrar AND your host as well.

Next, login to GD > Domains > Management

Select a domain and look at the "nameservers" tab: that's where you will enter the 2 nameservers given to you by your host (to replace the existing GD nameservers).

Then just wait (officially, 24-72 hrs; sometimes in minutes) until that information propagates throughout the whole web.
