I have a banner from an affiliate that I want to put on my smf forum. It's on my hard drive.I want to use ad mod but they ask for a code. What code? The banner did not come with one it just said it was a 728 x 90 banner. I tried searching for the answer on smf.org but nothing.

As you said you want ad mod...
Mod are nothing but modified codes or scripts added to forum.

Mods are usually few line of code changes in different files... as specified by the mod writer...
