Problem with HTML on my website (using Wordpress)

I'm creating a website with wordpress. On my home page, I want to use a rectangular blue image (like a testimonial-type box) in the background, and then put a JPEG image and text on top of this box. The width of the page that I am working within is 553 pixels.

I uploaded both my blue rectangular image and JPEG image into my media part of Wordpress.

This is what my HTML looks like(I've replaced my real domain name with mydomainname just for below).

Here's my HTML. How do I fix it so it works properly? Thanks for your help.

  • Close the div..., maybe? ==> </div>

    On the other hand, if your stylesheet is defining the class "form" - then the two style instructions may conflict.
  • I had tried using </div> before posting, but that didn't work. Maybe it has to do with the CSS. I'll have to look at it again.
  • Sorry, but what is your problem actually? I don't see any issue with the HTML, it should work fine.

    • Why don't you combine background box and foreground graphic and upload as one - call for the new graphic with ahref?
  • I thinks is div tag closed
  • maybe add width and height style in .form class
  • you need to close the div tag... </div>

    that's the only problem I saw,,, actually I don't know your problem with the codes,.. it's about the background? please be more specific dude..
