Improve This Site's Bounce Rate

Improve, as in lower your bounce rate?

It's hard to say from the image you posted. What type of analytics are you running? If it's Google Analytics, there are great tools to see Visitor Flow, and per-page statistics. I would suggest looking there to get a better idea of why your visitors are leaving.

Yes, I mean lower my bounce rate.

I use Google Analytics, and I managed to decrease my bounce rate by 20% through just altering the site's design, so I was wondering if I could do that again.

to decrease the bounce rate, you need to check the keywords, from which people are entering your site, if they are from search engine.
Most of the time you will see the keywords, which are there in few articles but are not targetted, are ranked high in search engines due to less competition.
So few visitors come through that keyword channel and dont find anything useful for the word which they were searching, so they jump to another result.

Think as if you are the guy searching a particular topic.
You come across a site which is having just 2 words in the site related to your search term, you quickly close that window or hit "back" button and jumps to another search result.. This is what increases the bounce rate.

Look for keywords which are showing 100% bounce rates... from your analytics reports.
Write quality articles on those keywords...
Make few backlinks to the new page.. specially from those pages of entrance where visitors have came via search engine... by searching your keyword.

This will reduce the bounce percentage.

Speaking of hitting the back button, one solution would be disabling it with some JavaScript. This should keep visitors a little bit longer, but of course, nothing beats great info.

It's not a few unrelated keywords getting 100% bounce rates that are skewing the overall bounce rate. It's the main, related and relevant keywords that are staying at around 60%.
