probably a few things that could do with some work but a couple of recommendations for you...

try to use smaller fonts for large areas of reading when you have small widths to work with, its difficult to read larger fonts in small spaces as you have to follow from line to line alot more often.

im not sure if you did this purposely or not but on the jobs page its noticeable that some of the headings arent all in the same font colour

I'm not sure whether the image slideshow on the homepage works, think id so much rather be reading the main box content at this point but not entirely sure

Here's a few things that immediately caught my attention (and not in a good way, I'm afraid).

    1. You have 3 rows of menu items in your nav bar. No-one is going to enjoy having to hunt through all those entries just to find what they want. You should really consolidate some of your menu items, and at the very least move some stuff to a drop-down sub-menu. One good example would be to use your current "Jobs" entry, and move "More Jobs", "Even More Jobs", "Latest Jobs", "New Jobs", ... (ad infinitum) to a sub menu. You could easily remove an entire row of navigation just doing that, and thats ignoring the immense amount of redundant entries. Does "New Jobs" and "Latest Jobs" not mean the same thing? And do you need three seperate menu entries just for what is essentially an extension of your "Jobs" page?

    2. The font (do change this) and the colouring of the text within the box on your homepage looks tacky and visually unappealing, in addition to not being nearly as easy to read as a conventional serif or sans-serif font such as Times New Roman or Arial/Helvetica. Try to avoid drastically different font types for anything except headers and the like.

    3. Your image slideshow makes very poor use of the excess space that it takes up. You could easily fit all those images directly on the page and still have room to spare - the slide show is completely pointless at this stage, although I'd save the code for when you eventually get enough images to warrant its use, if you decide to pursue that route.

    4. The multi-coloured unordered list which just re-iterates all your nav bar items sans the hyperlinks is not only completely pointless, but it looks like you're trying to appeal to a 5 year old. So step back and think for a second; what is your audience? Are you trying to appeal to a pre-school aged demographic, or to a older, job-seeking demographic? Even the name and logo for your site would seem like you're appealing to the former, with even "Workers on Board" striking a strong similarlity to the all too common "Baby on Board" stickers you see on cars these days. Whilst I admit that you may be attempting to convey a sense of "looking after" your clients, I doubt many will like to be compared and seemingly treated like an infant. Just something to think about.

Now, I think that should be enough for you to make a start on. Try addressing those issues, and you should see a visible improvement in the quality of your site. Good luck!

Agree with Trivium, colors are way too many, and the three rows of links, also lead to photo sliders and pictures of girls? What's the point here? Is this an adsense site, geared to job seekers? Its a wee bit "very busy" in the set up. I would click off pretty quick. A more simple navigation would help.

I am not sure where to start when I arrive at it.

So many nav-bar options. And lists of links saying 'Jobs, More Jobs, Yet More Jobs' - how on earth do I know which of those would be likely to have anything of relevance to me?

Sorry but right now it just looks very chaotic indeed.

Why don't you try using wordpress. It will be easier to customize your design and would look much better.

Besides everything else mentioned (which so far are all valid points)

Maybe make the header (the title and bear image) take up less space, It's to large vertically.

And theres not enough content above the fold, and there's way to much white space everywhere.

Hi friend, I have seen your site and I was shocked,
your site has a good domain name, but it has a very bad design, placement of google ads are not appropriate, loading is slow, and do not have google backlinks, it will greatly affect your site's visitors.

I can help you to fix it if you want.

I suggest get a theme so you would have better background, color combinations, layout and placement. Adsense is just everywhere and I can't seem to find quality information on your site. You may want to consider adding Quality and Optimize content for the site first... goodluck !
