Are <font> tags and similar devalued html going to affect seo on a webpage?

    • I have pages created more than 10 years ago with <font> tags etc - written before I got into CSS.
      No negative impact on SEO or SERPS as far as I can tell...

      Onpage SEO is mostly about what is visible to the reader.
      Exceptions include <meta> and 'alt' tags etc.

      As far as I am aware, using CSS has no impact on SEO.

      It does make updates easier tho'...

    the font tags are pretty outdated, though still work. I would not jump into CSS if you re new to it, at least not for this simple of a mtter. Search for the php code to change and add font color, height, etc...
