Please see: eCOST.com - Electronics: Desktop, Notebooks, Computer Parts, Digital Camera I like the graphics on the left-- I dont need the flash. Is there a website that has generic graphics that I can use as a starting point and then add my own content. I'm not talking about icons. I just would love to see a whole bunch of little buttons like these that I can customize with my own words. Thanks in advance. Ann

They are nice graphics and the best way to get hold of some is through a graphics designer, possibly run a contest on digital point forums?

If you would like to do them...

You can learn step by step how to use an image editing program, like Adobe Photoshop, or you can use Photoshop to edit some commercial art.

I have found the keywords: photoshop website elements to give excellent results for what you are searching specifically; you can buy what you please and modify it with your own text, all the best.

You could probably have similar to those made for under $25 depending on where you sourced it. Just ask for references first and check work quality etc...

Those can be done easily with inkscape (like illustrator) which is free. To find out how to use it, just search youtube for web2.0 ads, buttons, etc.
Export your image and resize and or crop using gimp(which is also free and similar to photoshop).

You could also do much or all of it with gimp but I think inkscape is a little easier to understand faster.

you can purchase some .psd files for pretty cheap prices...go to graphicriver.net and then go to web elements in the menu ontop. These you can edit them how you like... also if you dont have a image editor...photoshop costs waaaaaaaay too much money if you just need it for simple graphics. You can go to Photo editor online - Pixlr.com edit image .. its a free online editor that I use when im on the go and not at my computer. Also, gimp is free but needs to be installed and a good editor to look into if you are wanting to spend a little money is Paint Shop Pro. Hope this helps.
