Hey guys, in need of help here.

I have two files, one is zip file with pdfs ebooks and another is a mp4. Before I upload those file to my ftp via filezilla, I tested them out and they open perfectly.

When I download them from the website links as if I am a regular visitor, they zip does not open (I use jZip), and the video's format becomes unrecognizable when playing it with any video player.

So upon uploading to ftp and then downloading, the files becomes unaccessable, any reason as to why this is happening and what should I do about it?

Thanks!

Unfinished upload can cause damage of your files.

In the bottom of FileZilla (the queued files window), make sure all of the files have completely finished uploading before you close FileZilla.
