Put Alexa or Quantcast on WP blog?

Hi, I would like to put Alexa on my WordPress blog, but I am hearing some issues. Some people say Alexa won't work as Alexa uses javascript that WP won't run, and others say not to bother with Alexa as Quantcast is better at giving rankings.

Can anyone tell me if they prefer Quantcast over Alexa and how they installed the one they chose?
