When it doesn't work, do you know what PDF viewer is being used? It won't work with certain non-Adobe PDF viewers, such as the Preview application on the Mac or Google Chrome browser's built-in PDF viewer.

You have no form action in your form. It's a pretty easy fix. Go into your mail chimp account and pull a sample form. You will find a line it that says <form action="something" type="something"> copy that line and replace it with the line in your code that says <form action="#">

You are also going to want to look in your mail form for hidden fields. They will be like <input type="hidden" name="something" value="something"> These are going to be the fields that tell mailchimp who you are and what list you are adding people to. Take any of those hidden fields you find and place them after the <form> code you replaced.

Then it should all work. If you need help I offer a fivver for forms...just PM me and I will give you the information.

    Hi Lucas,
If you are just starting and you can't afford Awebber, I recommend get response.
Equally good, but free until you get 100 subscribers.
I am not affiliated with get response, but i highly recommend them.
Free video on how to insert autoresponder into a web page, just visit my website.
Follow the link in my signature.
