WEB DESIGN

Two questions:

1. Where can i get a pre-made dating website; or should i hire someone to build it for me? If i choose someone to build it, how much do these prices usually cost? (clean home landing page- similar to zoosk, I want the landing page to make users sign up before being able to look)

2. What is the best way to promote this site with the minimum amount of $$.

I would check theme forest. You should be able to find a Wordpress theme from there with no problem. They have thousands of themes to choose from. Check it out

Check out Flippa they usually have dating sites.

You can also go to sites like odesk.com, guru.com, elance.com and post the job for someone to create it.
