Given that your target market tends to be men 45-65, I'd consider split-testing the images used between nubile young ladies and pics of mature couples and/or worried-looking mature men.

Perhaps you can put some article that state from Before and After or a testimonial and as much as possible put images on it

you should hire a designer, images sell, the more "professional" it look the more increase in profits.

Advertise on different porn networks,split test images and copy, design the website properly and have a lead capture.

I'm surprised to hear that "Google Ad Words" wouldn't allow such a website?
Anyway i will give it a try on there if there's no better option in your opinions.
