Tons of CSS validation errors, why?

I just purchased a premium theme from themeforest and built a site with it. I made the site live but when I check it on the w3c CSS validator there are 171 errors and 1,500 warnings. Is that normal? Isn't that bad for SEO?

  • send me CSS i will check it for you for free, sometimes there are errors which are crap and some old browsers cant read them specially if its a CSS3 file.
    if its from themeforest u have nothing to worry about, if everything runs great then it works, try testing on multiple platforms like chrome,firefox,ie,safari,opra, etc..
