Can Xara Web Designer make professional looking sites?

I am doing a landing page for a client and she likes what I've done so far (with Xara) and she says when I'm done she wants me to redo her entire website. I don't think she wants anything too flashy (its a telemarketing company), but can I get away with using Xara? I've been making websites using wysiwyg editors like dreamweaver (early versions) since the 90s but it was never my strongest point. Xara is very easy to use and you can quickly get impressive results, but can I get away with this or should I outsource it? I'm worried her competitors (she doesn't have a clue even how to upload with FTP) will tell her I've used some 'shonky' software
