Is my site good enough?

Hey there, I am planning to start web designing business for small businesses but first I must have a website myself (quite obvious)

So here is my site --> www.tecbazaar.com, but since I am planning to make websites for others I am wondering is does my site looks good enough for a webdesigner.

I don't want to look like a fool, but I don't want to become the perfection freak because there will be always a room for improvement.

Hope to get some nice feedback from you guys.

Hi man, I think it looks pretty good.. It does load slow for me though. I could have just caught it at a slow moment Anyway, I think you should get a logo for the top of your page, it looks unprofessional without one and only using text. However this is just my own opinion! Good luck with your site!

I am using Firefox 10, your site takes 6-7 seconds to load for me, which is little bit higher than other popular site, it could be a minus point for your site reputation.

Some of the grey text is too hard to read with the white background. I would recommend changing that.

You've got too many pages shown in your nav. It's dropping the last nav item down 1 line.

It looks good! May I suggest some websites for you to enhance your skills: smashingmagazine.com & pinterest.com these are prime example of the current web design trends and if you follow them it's definite that you'll become a better web designer yourself!

    Best of luck!

Your site logo at the top is not that attractive. Looks like just plain text. Design a better looking one that has some creativity.

What kind of "design" are we discussing here?

The look (read: theme) of the site is an exact copy of the theme used by Rhino Web Consulting owned by Ryan Shaw from New Jersey (with a CT phone number but that's beyond the point... )

    This is from your site:
    http://tecbazaar.com/wp-content/them...w1.2/style.css

So, are you Ryan... or Ryan is you? or what?

How comes your site is using a custom theme made by someone else, while you try to sell yourself as a designer?
Do you have permission to use that theme?

I think I saw the Rhino site listed here asking for a review as well...? Can't remember where I saw it at.

This is why we don't use templates. "Custom" web dev from someone using a template....?

Site generally looks fine. I think the logo could be improved and the grey text on the white background in the navigation bar and where it says 'Get Custom Websites designed for your business' could be easier to read

Honestly, I would say that it looks OK, but I would never purchase such a service - mostly because that site looks unprofessional in my opinion.
