I'm looking to build a new website that would use an e-commerce software which allows:
1) A contractor to register
2) Someone looking for a contractor to register
3) They can then connect and hire the contractor and the website keeps a commission

It would be fairly similar to sites like Odesk or Elance, only I really don't need the advanced tools like monitoring the workload, etc. Just need to connect the two of them, take a commission, and allow them to pay through the website and leave reviews.

Any ideas on where to start or an eCommerce software that would do this?
