Has anyone used Mobi Pocket Creator (to create Kindle books)?

Does anyone have experience using Mobi Pocket Creator to create Kindle books?

If you do, I have two quick questions:

1) Does it create the OPF and NCX files for you?

2) Does it insert the cover image for you?

Or... does Amazon's publishing system do those things for you?
