Are you online,or localhost?

You're exceeding the max php memory limit. You can try editing the php.ini file, but it may not work if you're on shared/reseller hosting.

You should also find out what scripts you have that are using a lot of memory.


Are you trying to upload images? If so, how big are they? Image resizing scripts are notorious for sucking up the memory when trying to resize images. Instead of trying to upload an image that's 1000x1000 resize it to 500x500 before trying to upload it. IF this is the case..
