I kind of think i dont need to because i am not selling anything. I have an affiliate link and plan to use adsence too maybe.
So just to be on the safe side do i need to put disclaimers on my site?

Do you plan on collecting data at all? Emails etc?

Then you do need a privacy policy on your site. You also need on to comply with Google and their TOS for showing AdSense as well. If you are using WordPress there is a plugin called Privacy policy that works.

I recommend putting terms of use, and privacy policy on all of my domains.

I also put contact, and "about us".

It helps to promote your brand, and raises authenticity. Even if slightly.

To cover yourself these are the 4 you need
    1-Privacy policy
2-Disclaimer re earnings -you did mention adsense, and an affiliate link
3-About Me Page, so we will know that you have heartbeat.
4-A contact page, with your name and email.

This is as long as you will being earning any income, even though you may not.

An DMCA is only used when you are using something without permission. You do not need it now. Unless you do something wrong you will receive it then.
