Please review my 'virtual rain' site

WEB DESIGN

URL: Rain Sounds and video for people who love Rain - EndlessStorm.com

I'm aware that there are other similar sites out there, but I am obsessed with rain and so I've been wanting to do my own for quite some time. Please let me know what you think, thanks!

PS: I think there may be an issue with IE8. Anyone running IE8 it who can let me know if the page displays correctly, that'd be great.
