Do Exact match domains do best with HTML?

I notice i've had much success getting them to #1 very swiftly by placing all importance on the front page (ie: only link on all pages is to the main page )

Anyone else noticed this? used this strategy?

    Exact Match Domains help in SEO. This is the reason why exact match domains seel for a premium. However, it does not make any difference whether you are using HTML or some CMS such as WordPress as the end result is always the same: a website in HTML.
