Browser Compatibility Issue with CSS

Hi,

when I used to design some website in table or div, I got different output in different explorer, especially in IE it show much different design output then other. I have also problem with IE's previous versions.

Is there any technique or tool by which we can get the same desired output for all browser or just we have to define different-different rules for each browsers.

May be i haven't add much issues related to this topic but i want to know more about Browser Compatibility Issue with CSS from some experts and want to share my experience with them.

Welcome to the crazy world of web design haunted by IE. There a a lot of tips and tricks to make your design compatible with IE. I personally do not care about IE6 any more. IE7 and IE8 are not very difficult to work with. Google!

  Since the W3 sets the standards for these things, one of the best ways to keep things looking consistant is to make sure your stuff passes validation.

May be I need some tips and tricks on CSS3 so that I can make some good Design without any complexities
