    As many custom menus that you want to create; but the theme "as is" is going to have a limit on how many menus it's coded for (at least for the top horizontal navigation). But you can use as many custom menus as you want in the sidebar or other widget areas.

    Why do you need to ask this question? Can you read?
    After clicking on the Menus link under Appearance it says clearly:

    Your theme supports 1 menu. Select which menu you would like to use.

    Which means: you can create on the right side of that subpanel as many custom Menus as you want... but it will always display ONLY one at a time.
