Custom Made Header & Illustration For Blogger

Hi There
Not sure whether I've come to the right place?
I really need a header designing for my new blog template. The header will have an illustration in it.
Any advice/offers appreciated

    My brief advice would be:

    1. Get a free or inexpensive graphics program.

    2. Open the file with your existing header graphic.
    TIP: Before you do anything to it, save a copy of it with a slightly different name. So, if it's called "header.jpg" you might save it as "header-original.jpg".
    3. Create a new layer to cover the existing header graphic.

    4. Make that layer the same color as the background of your site, or another color that you like.

    5. Add the images and text that you'd like.

    6. Flatten the layers.

    7. Save the image using whatever the graphics program offers that's like "Save for Web". (That is, reduce the file size so that the header loads quickly when people visit your website.)
    TIP: When you save this new version of your header, use the same name as the original header image was called when you started. (Usually "header.jpg") That way, you don't need to change the code in your website's HTML or CSS.
