Hi warriors, pls how do i insert wordpress themes into blogger, is it possible? If yes pls give me steps on how to do it.

No You can not import theme or data from wordpress to blogger,both are the differnt platforms.

blogger can be imported to wordpress but its reverse not possible

The only way is designing your desired WP theme again for your new blogger site. These are two different platforms and you can install themes or plugins of WP in blogger.

  Yes way you can do it!! But of course you need to have very good programming skills.
  
  If you can't do it yourself, simply search for Wordpress themes that were converted to Blogger by others. I personally have a Wordpress theme on my Blogger blogs (see my signature) :p

You can not convert wordpress theme in to blogspot. Blogspot/blogger only allows custom css, so you can edit the CSS to make your theme look like your current wordpress theme.
