I am developing newyorkcitypokertour.com in the header slider I would like to include a slider like icontact.com/resources/email-marketing-guide

How can I develop this?

That effect is widely known as the 'jQuery Accordion'.

It is not difficult to implement. However, it can be tricky to get the CSS the way you want it if you're new to CSS.
