I need a footer pop up, any suggestions?

I have a client that has a site that was built in dreamweaver or something, and I am being brought on to increase his conversions. It's not Wordpress like I'm used to.

I've checked out HelloBar and a few alternatives, but I feel like the full window drop down bar is a bit more intrusive for this specific market (tech geeks) than I'd like to be.

Does anyone know a partial pop up bar?

Check out the one on this page: WordPress Content Slider | SlideDeck (the "Contact Us" in the bottom right corner). I would use it, but it's for an instant messaging program. All I really need is the popup and link to the contact form.

Also side of the page slider could work.

Any suggestions for either of those?

    englandrm, if you go to codecanyon[dot]net you will find just what your looking for. I can't remember off the top of my head the name, but I have seen that exact setup like the link example you gave. I believe you'll find both wp plugin and a php only version.
    The other option if you have php/jquery skills is go to "codrops" (search google), they have dozens of slides like that in the form of tutorials and jquery plugins.
