Question about using WP Premium Themes for Clients...
I charge about $500 for these sites (I live in a small town). Pretty good design and they're quick, maybe take a couple hours once I have all the content from the client. It's just for the website, nothing like SEO or anything else they need.
Thing is, since I'm using themes, I got a couple questions:
1) Should I be telling them they're themes that I "created myself" or that someone else created? If I say they're themes someone else did, i'll get the whole, "then why am I paying anything for this?!"
2) Premium themes are limited in some aspects. For example, most themes comes with only a certain layout. If a client goes, "hey, i'd like that image slider moved down instead of where it is" - my initial reaction is, "sorry, this theme only allows for the slider to be in this place".
3) If I tell them that I'm using themes, should I be directing them to a site like themeforest and get them to pick a theme instead? My process is, I choose a theme depending on their niche and what best suits them and go from there.
