WP - Out of memory at line 13

Hey everyone. I'm trying to finish up a WP site and I am having trouble in IE. When I try to bring it up I get a popup that says: Out of memory at line 13

It works fine in Chrome and Mozilla. However, when I inspected it in Chrome I received the following message:

Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded - jquery-1.3.2.min.js:12

I'm more of an html/css guy and less of a php or javascript guy so the code looks like Greek to me.

    Well, it's only loading about 9 and a half million lines of javascript. You're using a very poorly coded theme. Hopefully you aren't getting paid for this.
