Amazon S3

I have setup the Amazon s3 correctly and the video plays with the tester but is there anything particular i'm suppose to setup on the wordpress site to make it play. I tried to install jw player. I put the links into optimized press but still I get the error no playlist. Is there something I'm suppose to setup on the site itself to get the video to play. I have already copy and pasted the amazon s3 links into optimized press but still they won't play. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey - other guys might have a better solution but I use Amazon S3 with my WP sites and this plug in

    Lightbox Ultimate plugin

    I don't know how you upload - but I use Bucket Explorer - makes it really easy.

    I know I set it up right on amazon because the video players in the tester but jjust cant figure out what i'm doing wrong for website.
