[Solved] Sticky Tab On The Left

Hey Wariors

Can anyone tell me what script of plugin is used for showing the sticky tab on the left - that can help me integrate my aweber form. I am using the wordpress.

I want to put a tab "Get a free quote" on the left side of my website using a plugin.

Does any one know of such plugin that help me integrate the html code or javascript of aweber form.

When a person clicks the tab, it opens the form from the left and once again if clicked, it closes.

Any help is appreciated

Yes, that is what I need.

However, it is having a conflict with my other installed plugin - SI Contact Form.

Check out the picture attached.

Any idea of what is happening and how to avoid it.

I have managed to solve the problem.

It was the captcha for SI Contact form which was forcing the cache sessions so I have disabled the captcha and now it works fine.
