My eyes hurt from trying to find the answer to this, hopefully one of you can help!

Here it is: I have a few offline clients who I am installing Aweber optin forms for. The problem is that some of the sites aren't Wordpress.

I can't find the answer to this. I don't want to include the webmaster because when I tried that they just undercut me and said they would do it them self and I didn't get paid (though the site had been up for years and they never bothered until I brought it up!) so I would like to be able to do it myself.

I have a very limited amount of HTML knowledge. Any help would be appreciated.
