Advertise with us! Page?

I have been going back and forth over whether or not to add an advertising page to that displays prices for assorted ad placement and locations on my new site. Spirko says to do it but I have heard that others just link straight to there email adresses. Just curious as to what you guys think about this..

    I would say it depends on your niche. For business or finance related websites it looks more professional if you insert a contact form on your Advertise with us page and only after initial contact would you send potential advertisers a PDF file about your website visitors' demographics and the ad fees. On the other hand, on personal blogs it's quite common to display the exact offer on the advertising page about ad placement options, prices and quantity discounts, in case you offer one.
