    Your design is nice, but you can improve it : in my opinion you should delete the right black block, and replace it by a lighter color. Then you should replace the slider pictures colors by others, more assorted, and your website would be beautiful.

    I think is looks nice as well. There are some problems with your images that look not in the correct proportion. Only a few of them. The social buttons don’t do anything or maybe you don’t have them setup yet so this would be a reminder. This is only really looking at your home page without digging in.

    Generally the site looks good.
    Few things.
    I would work a bit more on the logo, it looks a bit too plain if you ask me. The same with your drop down menu. I don't think the blue background matches the rest of the site. I would make it grey with red mouseover.

    I think for your target market the web site is heading in the right direction. It did take a few seconds to load (although that may be our ISP's in NZ).
    As a beginner I am looking forward to making sites as good as this.
