Website Design Contest sites ?

I need an advice. I am looking for a website where I can run a website design contest. I found few like 99design but I am not sure what is the best site to go for.
I am considering # of proposals, quality of design, and certainly price
99Design seems popular but the price start from $599 per page (I think it is a bit expensive, I am not an expert in design)
If any warrior have an experience with this type of sites, I would highly appreciate if he can share his experience and how is that work for him ?
