What WordPress theme is the best to use for a real estate site? What do you use? Like it? Hate it? If you were starting fresh, what would you use? Any info would be appreciated - thanks!!

  I believe this was mentioned in reply #3: it's called AgentPress, from Studiopress by Brian Gardner.
  
  I haven't actually used that specific theme but I do use a couple others from him.
  
  Support is terrific and the themes are top quality. I would recommend anyone look into his themes.

So far, I've used Agent Press and Elegant Estate -- still needed some tweaks in terms of design but these are both pretty good themes.

i go with Anniepot vote... it's a great to have Woo Themes, they're easy to use and we got unlimited support on their forum too.

If you have plan to use IDX or MLS. I will recommanded you Estate Theme by Woo Themes or as they have integration with iDxPress WordPress plugin .But if you do not need to intregate IDX or MLS but have property for listing and have agents. You should use Openhouse theme or Agent Press . As they are really easy to use and user friendly. They have advance property search option and cool color screen. Specially Openhouse theme, You can chose any color and it will be fit automatically.

So overall I will recommend you to use openhouse theme...

I've never looked to see if there is a real estate version, but I find Flexsqueeze very customisable and wouldn't use anything else.

Another idea - why not build your own theme? Then you can adapt it easily for other clients. I use Thesis to build my themes.

I recommend you to use the AgentPress Real Estate Theme from StudioPress.
This is a great theme and you can customize everything even if you are an wordpress beginner.Good luck!
