Online store website templates,

Greetings,

I was wondering if anyone knew some good websites that offers free or paid website templates for 2 online store ideas im trying to do?

The first online store would sell digital products and the second would sell physical products. I would want the users to have the ability browse the photos of the products and then click on it, etc... (just something basic and standard)

Lastly, if you are able to recommend a website template site, what are the benefits of that on?

Thanks for any feedback

  • Hi,

Some shopping carts such as Magento come free with standard themes that look good, but of course you can get better custom themes if you purchase.
  • Try Themeforrest ... They have so many nice themes there. You can also sort them by what you are looking for which is great.

"opencart free templete" or "wordpress ecommerce free templete"

  • You may find that you have access to free shopping cart software as part of your hosting package. Check what is included within your hosting Control Panel.
  • I agree with IndigoJack, depending on your hosting service you should have free access to several e-commerce systems. For instance, I use HostGator and can use CubeCart, OS Commerce, and Zen Cart through Fantastico De Luxe. If that's the case, I recommend Zen Cart as it's the easiest to customize in my opinion.

  • I also recommend Theme Forest. I know some custom theme developers and they said it is usually difficult to get a theme into Theme Forest because they are real high on Quality. I have used a few wordpress themes from Theme Forest (also woocommerce capable themes) and have had very good success with the quality and user friendliness of the themes.

If you go to Theme Forest and type in woocommerce or woothemes, or zen cart, etc, in the search you will usually find themes that are capable of those carts.

    • I just did a woocommerce website with the superstore theme on wordpress, not too bad. The shopping cart is easy yet flexible and have some nifty features. simpler to work with than say prestashop.
  • If you are still looking for Templates you can check out SupremeTheme in this regard
