Need Wordpress theme for Service Review Site

I am developing a website which will be a local service review website where users can locate and write reviews on local contractors, doctors, etc similar to Angie's List. Looking for a wordpress theme. Any suggestions?

    I found information on YellaBot and EZ Empire Builder. Anyone have any experiene with these? The trial version of YellaBot seems to work nicely.

    I will provide you with a demo version at no cost (it will be the same as your definitive template but with a watermark on the pictures) so you can try it and decide if you want to buy it or not.
    The prices are simple: $15 for the version with a reference to my website in the footer, or $35 without the footer link. Each template is unique, which means I never sell the same template twice.
