I have a client that has an HTML - CSS website. Not Wordpress.

She would like to add a calendar.

Month at a time view.
Events showing on the calendar.

Any recommendations from experienced site builders?

    with a pure html/css site u will have hard time managing it. ideally user would enter the events on the admin cp, and the code on the from end would take care of it.

    you can use php, c#, or any web coding for this part. otherwise u have to manually edit the page codes for those events.

    Look on the net for "javascript calendar" . There are some free js calendars, with events, and nice dfesign.
