Wordpress plugins?

Hello, can you help me please. I'm looking for some plugins for my blogs.

here what I need:
- Facebook widget for sidebar, where the visitor can see how many people likes me(with quantity of people, maybe avatars etc.)

- the same for Twitter to follow me

- I want to replace my standard comments with comment from Facebook

- Email Subscribe plugin. I need just a simple subscribe form on my site where I can change the design. This plugin has to send mail automatically daily or weekly etc. It has also to send the last 5 posts for example.
Unsubscribe function and the email address confirmation is also needed.

- Google +1, Facebook likes and other sharing services under every post

- News submit for visitor(maybe there is something like that. By clicking pops up a form with Title and text field and Send button, then it lands in my mail)

- the plugin to manage the outgoing links. Like a simple Go-Script. Just need to manage the links, if somewhere in my old posts is 404 and I can replace it asap.
