What should this 'guy' be called?
I'm not exactly very familiar with the terms of Wordpress but if I'm looking for a guy to use Wordpress templates to design a website, or using Wordpress templates to convert an entire html site to the template, what should he be called?
A web designer isn't really the case, with the templates provided, not much 'designing' required.
Heard of WP developer, theme developer, programmer, designer, customizer, sometimes I'm not exactly what sure the differences between them and how should I name my requirements when hiring one?
