Need some help to decide on the wordpress templates

Hi, need some help from fellow warriors to help me to decide which theme to use if I wish to

1. Get a opt in list
2. Include social contacts
3. Responsive
4. Ad spaces

I know there are a few in the market (Genesis, thesis, themeforrest) but it seemed to take too long to find a suitable one which either has this nor that.

I am into financial advisory niche.

    Thesis all the way, man. Thesis is beautiful and can be sculpted into any shape or size that you need. It's amazingly SEO friendly, blazing fast, and incredibly lightweight. Should you have knowledge in HTML and CSS (and sometimes - but rarely - PHP), you can build your own skin for it. The support forums are great, and you can find anything that's not on Thesis support forms somewhere on the web.

    If you aren't so good at coding, there are thousands of very cheap skins for Thesis, and they also have their great scheme of options, much like Thesis does.

    Almost nothing from your requirement list (except, maybe #4 in part) is ever theme related. And you know it...
