Platform for paid forum?

I need to create a forum, maybe using something like PhP Bulletin, and am wondering how I can integrate the forum with a recurring payment system through Jvzoo...

I know that is incredibly vague, but I'm not sure what I should even ask.

Any help would be appreciated.

    That's what I'm using, but the forum platform was never the issue, it was integrating it with an affiliate system (JVZoo) that I was having trouble with.
