How do I know which sql database to remove?

Ok guys so a while ago I installed wordpress on my domain to create a new site.

Now I want to delete that site's content to install a completely different site under that same domain. I will simply be importing it with importbuddy.

I have created a new sql databse for the import, but before I do this import I have to delete the old sql database. The problem is that I don't know which one it is. How do I figure this out? All I see is wrdp1, wrdp2, wrdp3, etc for the different databases and don't know which database goes with which site. I know I should have named these databases but I was a newbie when I setup those sites and didn't know I would run into this type of problem.
#website design #database #remove #sql
  • If you have Cpanel or FTP access, go to your site folder and open wp-config file.

You can find your database name there.

    Hope helps.

  • Just like Fahmzie said, go to wp-config.php file and you find your database name there.
