    Your site is quite functional and easy to use. I did a search for "accounting" and the results were relevant. You have a menu for categories like Full-time, Freelance etc which is good but my first impulse was to look for categories like Accounting, IT, Legal etc. This is just a comment because the site and search bar worked for the search term I used

    On the home page you have the Featured Jobs and then under that you have Latest Jobs...I need to scroll down too much to see all of them...better if you put just 10 Featured Jobs and 10 Latest Jobs our better use just one of these two on that page and instead of "Next Page" at the bottom put "1,2,3.." so the user can see how many pages there are for Latest Jobs for example

    I really like it, very clean and relatively easy to navigate.
    Though it feels like there's a little too much content on the homepage.

    Also the logo & moto need to be a lighter to better contrast with the dark blue background. they're a bit hard to see/read at the moment.

    Consider writing (or have someone write) articles based on employment (especially in the Pakistan area.) If you provide content on top of what you are doing, you will make the search engines happy. The more original content there is, the more you are likely to attract new site visitors.
