Trying to set up mobile landing pages, maybe some scripts, but still need graphic done as I'm still learning photoshop.

I'm thinking of getting PSD done and hiring a developer to code it. Not sure which is better option to outsource it or do the coding myself, please share some insights!

learning photoshop could have a steep learning curve I believe. I have been using it for years and though I can do the basics, coverting to HTML not something I could tackle yet. I would recommend fiverr, you can find a lot of service providers that will convert PSD to HTML.. with two "gigs" you can haveone to create the PSD and one to convert to HTML. Another option is picking up templages on sites like themeforest and templatemonster and customizing them. You can hire someone for not very much money and they can crank out variations of the same template that will look uniquely different.

I have done this (I do the customizing myself) with quite a few templates that I have bought for all types of purposes, mobile, facebook, wordpress, responsive sites.. and so forth.

it depends how confident you are! if you can do a great job yourself I would say do it but if not hire a professional. I guess freelancer or warriors for hire would be your best bet.

This is very true, it would take a lot of work to learn photoshop and then code it to work well. If it'll cost me next to nothing on fiverr or elsewhere, I believe I'll be more than happy to just outsource everything. Going to hit up themeforest and templatemonster to see what they are all about.

Yeah that seems to be the best option, I just hope development is not overly crazy or else I would have to do it myself.
